Returns

We offer exchanges and refunds within 14 days of receiving your item. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in sellable condition. Any items that are altered or show damage—such as scuffs, scratches, or fragrance scents—are not eligible for return and will be returned to you at your expense. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
Returns must be sent back in their original packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you’d like to exchange an item within the return window for a different size or style, you may return it for store credit and place a new order for your preferred item.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all refunds. Store credit returns are exempt from restocking fees.
Once a return is approved, you have 5 days to send it back. Returns postmarked after 5 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
Please allow up to 5 business days after your exchange is processed for your replacement item to ship (excluding items on backorder).
We will provide domestic prepaid return labels only if an error was made on our part, such as sending the wrong item.
Custom items are final sale, as each piece is made to order.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are not available on sale items.

Final Sale Items

All Enamels, 925 sterling silver items, Cubic Zirconia's, and Moissanite items are final sale. Refunds, exchanges, and replacements are not available.

All Made-to-Order products are final sale. Refunds, exchanges, and replacements are not available.

All Watches are final sale. Refunds, exchanges, and replacements are not available.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Domestic packages returned to us as refused or unclaimed will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

International Refused Shipments

For international orders, customers are responsible for original shipping costs, as well as any import fees, duties, and taxes on the package, along with the return shipping cost to us if you refuse the shipment. This total will be deducted from your merchandise refund. If return fees exceed the combined merchandise and shipping costs, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be provided.

Lifetime Guarantee

We are dedicated to offering high-quality jewelry, which is why we provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all jewelry. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a one-time exchange at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover user damage (e.g., tarnishing, scratches, accidental damage, or water exposure).

If further repairs are needed beyond this initial exchange, a repair fee of 50% of the item’s original price will apply. The damaged product must be returned to us, and payment can be made via PayPal. For details, please contact ArizbeTreasures@gmail.com.
